Sueno (Pines)

Turkey

One of belek's newest and more ambitious facilities is the sueno hotel and golf course. Sueno is a coveted turkish treat, situated only a few hundred meters from the sea and boasting its own private beach, a 174-room 5-star hotel, and two 18-hole golf courses.

Both courses at sueno golf club were designed by bob hunt of bristol-baseda international golf architecture – formerly known as pga design consultancy – and opened for play in october 2007. The dunes is the resort's shorter par 69 course, measuring just 5,643 meters from the back tees. Sueno's golfing bill is led by the 6,413-meter championship pines course, which is a respectable resort course in its own right.

The 3rd hole, "little gem," is a short but attractive par three that necessitates a precise tee shot over a lake to a peninsula green. Don't go too far to the west, as the green cants into the water, which will happily devour your balata. From here, there are a number of good golf holes, including the short par four 12th, which is located among the ancient pines with waste bunkers flanking the right side of the fairway. The 13th, dubbed "rugged slope," is a longish par three that winds its way across a valley to a challenging tabletop green surrounded by pines.
