Wallasey Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 championship links course located in Wallasey, on the Wirral Peninsula in England. Originally laid out in 1891 and later shaped by James Braid, it plays to 6,851 yards from the back tees. The course is set on traditional linksland along the Irish Sea and features firm fairways, natural dunes, and strategically placed bunkers. It is best known as the venue where Dr Alister MacKenzie developed many of his design ideas and where he assisted in the creation of the Stableford scoring system. Offering a classic links test with exposure to coastal winds, Wallasey is a popular choice for golf holidays in North West England.
