Twenty Ten Course, Celtic Manor

Wales

First of its kind, this golf course at Celtic Manor is the championship course and was specifically designed by Ross McMurray for the 2010 Ryder Cup. It opened in 2007 and measures an impressive 7,493 yards off the back tees and has a par of 71. Set in the dramatic Usk Valley, this golf course will provide your golf game with variety and challenges, from more ‘links’ like holes to challenging water hazards.

It includes no fewer than six signature holes and was designed to provide a challenge to the world’s best golfers in match play conditions, where risk-taking is essential to getting a good score. The particularly difficult 18th hole will push golfers to the limit, with a long sloping fairway and a river just in front of the green, making chipping accuracy to be an essential skill.
