The Champion Course at PGA National Resort is an 18-hole, par-72 championship layout located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Designed by Tom and George Fazio and extensively redesigned by Jack Nicklaus, it plays to 7,045 yards from the back tees. The course is renowned as one of the toughest tests on the PGA Tour, featuring narrow landing areas, deep bunkering, and numerous water hazards influenced by South Florida winds. Its most famous feature is “The Bear Trap” (holes 15–17), a demanding closing stretch considered one of the hardest in professional golf.
