Located beside the Mediterranean just outside the city, Parador de Málaga Golf is one of the oldest courses in Spain, with origins dating back to 1925. Originally designed by Tom Simpson, this par-72 layout combines traditional parkland holes with a links-style stretch running along the coastline.
The course is relatively flat and walkable, with wide fairways offering some forgiveness from the tee, while well-placed bunkers and coastal winds add to the challenge. Its seaside holes are a particular highlight, with views across the bay of Málaga. For those planning a golf break in Málaga, Parador provides a historic and accessible round close to the airport.
