The UK's Leading Golf Holiday Company

Golf Chateau de la Tournette

Belgium

La Tournette has two 18 hole championship courses reputed among the most beautiful in Belgium. The preferred golf course of the members, the UK course is set on a plateau and is open to the wind. It was originally designed by Martin Hawtree and redesigned recently by Clive Clark and has a links feel about it. If you are wayward off the tee thick rough lies in wait, elsewhere beware of the water hazards to score well. The UK course is a good test of golf.

The USA course, originally designed by Bill Amick, was redesigned by Peter Alliss and is typical American style target golf. It starts in woodland and opens out onto wide undulating fairways. Characterised by large bunkers, water hazards and tricky greens making this golf holiday course one of the best tests of golf in the region.

There is also a compact nine-hole course, the Orival. Suitable for a warm-up or beginners. All of the courses are maintained beautifully with summer greens throughout the year. The only decision you need to make is which course to play first.

The clubhouse is a majestic 16th Century Château, where you can enjoy lovely views from the terrace and a well-deserved drink and a good meal.
