The George Fazio Course at Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort is an 18-hole, par-70 championship layout located in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Designed by George Fazio and opened in 1974, it plays to 6,873 yards from the back tees.  The course is widely regarded as the most challenging of the three Palmetto Dunes layouts, featuring long par-4s, tight landing areas, and strategically placed bunkers and water hazards.

Known for its demanding shot-making requirements, it rewards accuracy and strong course management throughout. As the only par-70 course on Hilton Head Island, it offers a distinctive test and is a popular choice for golf holidays on the South Carolina coast.
