With 36 Parkland holes, the Old and the New course in La Zagaleta settle in an astonishing background of Mediterranean forests with breathtaking views of the Alborán Sea, Africa and Gibraltar.

Both courses offer a dynamic design of doglegs, going either left or right, where hitting the fairways off the tee becomes vital in order to attack small but undulated greens from mid to short range. They are not long courses but they are very technical where a risk/reward strategy is present in many of its holes.

The peace, tranquility and silence is only broken occasionally by the sighting of a pheasant, a deer, buck or mouflon, permanent residents in La Zagaleta.

The New Course was designed by Steve Marnoch and it is fair to say that what has emerged is a stunning par 70 golf course.
