The 18-hole banyan architecture is the focal point of a major residential development situated on the west coast of the gulf of thailand, and it was funded by a group of dutch investors in the blue lotus (hua hin) thailand firm. Golfeast planned and built the course, and its team of local developers, engineers, and shapers is in high demand on golf projects all over thailand.

The 4th hole is a par three that measures 253 yards from the back tees and features a 150-yard water walk over a marsh. The other two holes on the front nine with water hazards are this one and the 409-yard sixth.
