Golf du Champ de Bataille is set within the grounds of a château estate in Normandy, offering a well-presented and varied parkland layout. Designed by Robin Nelson and Thierry Huau, this 18-hole course winds through woodland with water features and landscaped surroundings influencing many of the holes.
Fairways are generally generous, but careful positioning is required to approach the well-protected greens. The layout is varied throughout, with each hole offering a different challenge. The par-3 16th, played across a ravine, is one of the more notable holes on the course. For those planning a golf break in France, Champ de Bataille provides a scenic and enjoyable round in a distinctive setting.
