Golf de Valescure is one of the oldest golf clubs in France, opened in 1895 and located near Saint-Raphaël on the Côte d’Azur. This par-68 course measures around 5,500 yards and is set within mature pine forest, creating a tight and technical layout. Tree-lined fairways place a strong emphasis on accuracy from the tee, while the small, well-protected greens require a controlled approach.
Although relatively short, the course provides a consistent challenge through careful course management. Flat terrain makes it easy to walk. For those planning a golf break in the south of France, Valescure offers a traditional and characterful round in a historic setting.
