The Steel Course at Barnham Broom Golf & Country Club is named after Donald Steel, who designed the course when it opened in 1989. The par-71 layout measures around 6,495 yards from the back tees and is characterised by wide fairways, elevated positions and views across the Norfolk countryside. Its more open design gives the course a subtle links-style feel, with wind and strategically placed bunkers adding to the challenge. Known for its rolling terrain and well-guarded greens, the course offers a contrasting test to its sister layout.
