No. Augusta National Golf Club is a private club with only club members and their guests having access. The course is only open to the public during the Masters Tournament and only with a valid ticket or badge.
Augusta National Golf Club membership is by invitation only. There isn't some kind of implementation procedure.
Although there are no age restrictions for children who attend the tournament, guardians are responsible for their children's activities. In the event of persistent misbehaviour, parents and guardians will be asked to leave the course if their children are unable to act appropriately.
Regardless of age, everyone must have their own ticket to the practise rounds or tournament.
For Series Badge patrons, the Masters Tournament offers a Junior Pass scheme, and those who apply are contacted directly by the Masters Tournament with programme information. Other ticket holders are not qualified.
In 2017, the Masters implemented a policy limiting the number of gate entries per ticket or badge.
A limit of two gate entries are permitted per day for each patron.
