The Vale Resort overview

The Vale Resort is a world-class golfing destination, boasting two magnificent championship golf courses set in 600 acres of beautiful countryside in the Vale of Glamorgan. The resort comprises 35 holes, the parkland Old Course which is flanked on one side by the River Ely and on the other by an original 16th century manor house. Also situated at the southeastern end of the resort is our new 18 hole course - The Dyke designed by leading architect Martin Hawtree. The hotel boasts 111 superb bedrooms and suites, along with award-winning restaurants and leisure facilities that include a health spa, leisure pool and gymnasium.

Golf Courses

The Vale Golf Resort has two fabulous golf courses for you to choose from. The Lake course is renowned for its intricate design and abundance of beautifully designed holes. Perfectly set in the Vale of Glamorgan, this course offers stunning scenery at every turn. The Wales National offers a picturesque backdrop to the tight fairways and luscious greens adorning this parkland style golf course.

Accommodation

The hotel offers a state-of-the-art gym, luxury 20m indoor pool, squash and tennis courts, sauna, steam room, and whirlpool bath. A wonderful variety of dining from the Vale Grill with views over the Lake Course to the friendly and informal golf clubhouse. Two Championship Courses, golf academy in  Wales, UK is an award-winning course with the largest spa, plus extensive sports and leisure facilities.
